Dieses Single Patient Request (SPR) / Named Patient Program (NPP) / Intermediate Expanded Access Program (I-EAP) soll einen frühzeitigen Zugang zu Niraparib/Abirateronacetat-Kombination (JNJ- 67652000) zur Anwendung mit Prednison oder Prednisolon vor der Zulassung ermöglichen, um einen kritischen ungedeckten Bedarf bei Patienten mit Prostatakrebs zu decken, die ein metastasiertes kastrationsresistentes Prostatakarzinom (mCRPC) entwickelt haben und bei denen homologe Rekombinationsreparatur (HRR)-Genveränderungen (Keimbahn und/oder somatisch) positiv sind.
